What I Actually Do

Six engagements, in the order I am most often asked for them. The first three are for people building or backing health companies. The last three are for doctors, leaders and institutions.

None of it is generic advice. All of it comes from running a health-tech company in India for nine years while still seeing patients.

Health-Tech Advisory

For founders building a health product for India or the Gulf. Four hours a month on the things that actually decide whether the company works: clinical workflow, prescribing rules, doctor economics, patient trust behaviour, and the regulation you will meet whether you planned for it or not. Retainer terms and what is included are on the advisory page.

Clinical Diligence for Investors

You are evaluating a health-tech company and need someone who can tell the difference between a real clinical workflow and a convincing demonstration. I read the product the way a practising doctor reads a patient: looking for what the presentation is leaving out.

Market Entry: India and the Gulf

Your model works at home. It will not survive contact with Indian regulation, prescribing rules, patient trust behaviour or doctor economics without significant redesign. I map what has to change before you spend money finding out.

Practice Digitisation for Doctors

Move from a location-bound clinic to a practice that runs as a system. Telemedicine protocols, records, follow-up and the ethical personal brand that makes patients arrive already trusting you. I built all of this for my own practice before teaching it.

Metabolic Architecture

Your biology sets the ceiling on your output. This is not a diet plan. It is a data-driven intervention in metabolic flexibility, energy and cognitive endurance, for people whose work depends on staying sharp for years rather than months.

Corporate Keynotes

Sessions for institutions and corporate audiences on digital health, metabolic resilience at work, and operational discipline — moving a team’s default from hustle to system. Evidence-based, and free of motivational theory.

BUILDING SOMETHING IN HEALTH-TECH?

I take four advisory engagements at a time. If you are building, entering India, or evaluating a company, start with a conversation.
