Health-Tech Advice From Someone Who Actually Built One.

Four hours a month with a practising physician who designed, built and now operates a working telemedicine platform — the clinical workflow, the regulatory reality, the technology stack, and the specific reasons health-tech products fail in India.

Four engagements at a time. Remote, worldwide.

Who This Is For

Founders Building in India

You are building a health product for the Indian market and keep discovering that clinical reality does not match the plan. You need someone who has already hit these walls.

Companies Entering India or the Gulf

Your model works at home. It will not survive contact with Indian regulation, prescribing rules, patient trust behaviour or doctor economics without significant redesign.

Investors Needing Clinical Diligence

You are evaluating a health-tech company and need someone who can tell the difference between a real clinical workflow and a convincing demonstration.

Most Health-Tech Advice Comes From People Who Have Never Run a Clinic.

There is no shortage of consultants who can produce a market-sizing deck for Indian digital health. There are very few people who have written the prescription workflow, argued with the payment gateway, recruited the doctors, set the revenue share, watched patients abandon the funnel at the exact step nobody predicted, and then fixed it.

I have run a telemedicine platform end to end — the clinical side and the engineering side. I customised the electronic medical record system it runs on. I built the prescription flow to meet Indian digital signature requirements. I manage the physician network, the payouts and the patient acquisition.

That is the difference between advice that sounds correct and advice that survives contact with an actual patient.

What the Retainer Includes

Included

Priced Separately

Each of these carries real value and is available. They are simply not bundled in by default, so you are never paying for something you did not ask for.

Engagement Terms

India

₹1,00,000

per month, billed quarterly at ₹3,00,000. Exclusive of GST.

International

$1,500–$2,500

per month, billed quarterly. Scope and rate set during the first conversation.

Equity

Optional

Equity can replace part of the cash fee at early stage, calibrated to the discount taken.

Minimum engagement is three months. Advisory relationships take a full quarter before the value is visible, and month-to-month arrangements serve neither of us.

Common Questions

Will you advise a competitor?

No. Each engagement carries sector exclusivity within a scope we define in writing before we begin, so you are not funding advice that reaches a rival.

Do you sign confidentiality agreements?

Yes, as a matter of course, and before any substantive conversation takes place.

Do you travel to client sites?

No. Everything is remote — scheduled calls and asynchronous correspondence. This keeps the cost sensible and the response time short, and it works equally well across time zones.

Can you take equity instead of cash?

Partially, at early stage. Taking a market-rate cash fee and a full equity allocation at the same time is not a structure I offer, because it is not one a serious founder should accept.

What if it is not working?

After the initial three months the engagement continues quarterly and either of us can end it at a quarter boundary. No notice period, no penalty.

Four Engagements. That Is the Whole Capacity.

Four hours a month each is sixteen hours, and sixteen hours is what I can give this without taking it from the platform I run. When the slots are filled, they are filled.

Tell me what you are building and where it is stuck. If I am not the right person, I will say so in the first conversation rather than the third.
